95921 = Testing of autonomic nervous system function;
                  cardiovagal innervations (parasympathetic function)
Procedure = including the following: Valsalva ratio, and 30:15 ratio

Sudomotor function CPT Code
CPT Coding 95923
The appropriate code for galvanic skin response is 95923
(Testing of autonomic nervous system function; sudomotor, including one or more of the following: quantitative sudomotor axon reflex test [QSART], silastic sweat imprint, thermoregulatory sweat test, and changes in sympathetic skin potential).

Only a single unit of 95923 regardless of the number of limbs the doctor tests should be Billed.

ANS New Coding 2013 *
ANS CPT code without the use of a tilt Table
Code 95943 has been established to report when an autonomic function testing does not include beat–to–beat recording, or for testing without the use of a tilt table.

This is a simpler, automated procedure compared to the other autonomic codes. Simultaneous, independent, quantitative measures of both parasympathetic function and sympathetic function, based on time–frequency analysis of heart rate variability concurrent with time–frequency analysis of continuous respiratory activity, with mean heart rate and blood pressure measures, during rest, paced (deep) breathing, Valsalva maneuvers, and head–up postural change.

*Do not report 95943 in conjunction with 93040, 95921, 95922, and 95924
