INSTALLS: Equipment, Trainers & Medical Assistants

About Installs - List the new guidance regarding paperwork for MA being in place prior to the scheduling of an Install and training. Speak to the "Welcome Aboard" call from Corp to confirm the provider and staff are on point for this, and that they are preparing space prior to arrival of equipment and MA.

Equipment Set-up 

Plan the appointment for early in the day if possible.
​Have any checklists you need to insure a smooth install, whether Biosensor has supplied them or you prefer
​your own.
  • Unpack and remove cartons
  • Set up components according to provided instructions
  • Connect to Internet
  • Download appropriate Printer Driver 

Printer Set-up 

  • Install Ink Cartridges if not  done prior to shipping
  • Install Printer Driver
  • Load Paper
  • Printer needs to be in Landscape mode.

Emergency Supply Kit

We will add to this list as we find other useful items or recommendations for install day. So far, a few installs would have gone smoother if there had been on-hand:
  • Individually wrapped Sani-Wipes
  • Ream of white printer paper is good to have in the trunk, just  in case the practices is not expecting to share,  and so you are not caught without. enough paper for the install process or have to leave the install to procure some.

Daily Tasks
  • Fax all billing to Leslie and store hard copies for 1-2 months.
  • Scan and email Fax cover sheet and confirmation that all pages went through to Master agent and Julie (dailyofficeperformance@gmail.com).
  • Goals for offices are to get to 10-15+ scans a day.
  • On this email, include any questions, comments, issues, observations, etc.
